THE NOVEMBER MEETING AT THE HOLLOW BOTTOM
Taking place from Friday 13th November - Sunday 15th November, The November Meeting is one of the best weekends of the jump racing calendar.
We have a jam-packed few days, kicking off with our Preview Dinner on Thursday 12th November and live music in the pub on the Friday and Saturday evening.

"Mark Your Card" Preview Dinner
Thursday 12th November
With the National Hunt campaign in full swing, The November Meeting is the first big festival of the season and all the hopes and dreams of having a March festival winner start to emerge.
Our "Mark Your Card" preview evening takes place here at The Hollow Bottom on Thursday 12th November 2026.
The evening will begin at 6.30pm before sitting down to enjoy a 4-course meal (menu below!).
Each table will be hosted by the best of the best of local talent including our sponsored jockey Tom Bellamy, William Twiston-Davies, Paddy Brennan, Fergal O’Brien, Martin Keighley, Aidan Coleman, Mat Nicholls and Richie McLernon and compared by the pub's best mate, John Neild Jnr. John will introduce and interview each ‘expert’ in between courses.
The evening will concluded with some live music in the pub with Andrew James.
Tickets for this event will be priced at £45 per person, with £10 of the ticket being donated to Stamp out Suicide. There will also be a raffle during the night to support the fantastic charity. Since starting our pubs, we have managed to raise close to £40,000 with your support. We would love for that support to continue.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
RESTAURANT CANCELLATION POLICY
We are a small pub and when people don't show or cancel late, preventing other bookings, it really impacts our guests and our business. Here's our T&C's for booking a table;
All Bookings
All bookings are required to provide credit card details to secure the reservation. These details are securely stored by a third party payment system (Stripe) via the online booking system (ResDiary) and once input these details cannot be accessed by the Hollow Bottom staff.
All bookings must be re-confirmed 24 hours in advance (via Resdiary). Should a confirmation email not be received please note the pub will endeavour to make a courtesy call prior to confirm the reservation.

Guests cancelling less than 24 hours before your scheduled reservation will be charged £30 per person. Guests who do not contact the restaurant and do not honour the booking will be charged £50 per person. Any charges will be taken from the credit card provided at the time of booking without further notice.

For special days/events, we require 14 days notice, any cancellations within 14 days will be charged at a full price. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to [email protected]
