BINDAREE 4.0% ABV This Hollow Bottom IPA has been made for us by North Cotswold Brewery. We have named our ale after the great Bindaree that won the Aintree Grand National in 2002 for trainer Nigel Twiston-Davies and owner Raymond Mould, both previous owners of The Hollow Bottom. |

SHAGWEAVER 4.5% ABV Award winning refreshing golden hoppy ale brewed with New Zealand hops. Appeals to ale and lager drinkers alike. Great with spicey food. Many are intrigued by it's name. It's quite simple really. The Cotswolds are famous for sheep and the wool industry. “Shag” is an old English word meaning a heavy or rough woolenfabric. So Shagweaver literally means “wool weaver”. |

WINDRUSH ALE 3.6% ABV Award winning thirst quenching amber coloured session ale, brewed with English hops for a traditional taste. A malty slightly sweeter palate. Named after the River Windrush which flows through the heart of the Cotswolds. |

HOOKY BEST BITTER 3.4% ABV A beautifully balanced best bitter, enticing you in with its hoppy aroma and malty flavours. The classic session beer, eminently drinkable. |
LAGER
SPLASH OF GINGE 3.4% ABV Named after the 2017 Paddy Power Gold Cup winner Splash of Ginge and owned by our great friend John Neild and the "Ginge Army" who were renowned for their parties here at The Hollow after various victories, including a three-day bender after winning the Betfair Hurdle at Newbury at 33-1. You will often find John on the mic alongside Andrew James raising money for the incredible Stamp Out Suicide charity, to which 50p from every pint of this we sell will be donated. |
PALE ALE
DEYA STEADY ROLLING MAN 5.2% ABV Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, Deya got brewing their own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old-time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed them from the start and the Steady Rolling Man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is their vision of the perfect pale ale. |
CIDER
PIGEON ISLAND 4.8% ABV A Grand Annual winner at the Cheltenham Festival in 2010 and once again boasting the wonderful Raymond Mould colours, our Pigeon Island Cider has been made for us by a family of brewers at Oldfields Cider in Worcestershire and uses a trusty blend of bittersweet cider apples gives this truly craft cider plenty of fresh apple flavour with a crisp, clean finish. |
GIN
YE OLDE (g)INN 42% ABV We have teamed up with Ben at Cheltenham-based Uncommon Distillery to create a Dry Gin with a nod to the pub's history. The Hollow Bottom was called Ye Olde Inn before it was bought by Nigel Twiston Davies and Raymond Mould (The Hollow Bottom Partnership) in the summer of 1996. |
